After sitting for a while (like overnight), the car starts as normal and
idles a bit rough. When trying to drive it it is hesitant, poor
acceleration , runs rough. About a mile or so and it used to smooth out
and then run fine (other than the lower more rumbly exhaust note at
idle). Now it continues to have poor/hesitant acceleration, runs
slightly rough, seems to have a lack of power and at idle it is not
smooth. It seems to have a lower exhaust note and more rumble at idle.
I hope that explains it better.
