[DML] Need the WUR/CPR test procedure

My car is running really rough and I want to test the WUR (Warm Up 
Regulator) with the fuel pressure test gauges.  I'll let it "cool" 
overnight and test in the morning.

Can someone point me towards a good procedure for testing?  I've been 
looking and have not found a good writeup.
