Yes Virginia, there are 3 capacitors behind the radio bracket:

The nice people at the DeLorean orphanage even put a capacitor on the windshield wiper motor:

And for those who doubted it (don't ask me why -- this is one of the most visible capacitors in the entire car): the capacitor in the engine compartment, against the rear bulkhead:
