[DML] Interesting DeLorean 10th Circuit Appeals Case

This is a legal case JZD was involved in.  An appeal was filed in the 10th circuit federal court on Jun 5 2000. 

One of the lawyers for the Plaintiffs against JZD  was ( no joke)  J. C. Swindler!!!  :)

Gotta love the irony. 

The case has something to do with JZD transferring property rights of "Ecclesiates" his kids.   Gee, what parent wouldn't do this?
Evidently, Ecclesiates was some property in Michigan.
