[DML] Steering vibration

With all the talk about the "Flex coupling" and questions about raod
vibration transmission through the steering I thought I'd mention ...
I had an undesirable vibration in the steering. It almost felt like
improper balance coupled with loose parts. I replaced the sway bar
bushings with poly bushings and it made a SIGNIFICANT improvement. So
if a smoother steering feel is desirable, get rid of the old & soft
bushings first.
FWIW, I had a similar feel in my other high performance vehicle (a not
so concours 01 Astro). When I replaced those bushings the feel was
SUBSTANTIALLY improved as well.
So when the question about how much better the flex coupling feels, it
should be in the context of a firm, not failed, front end.
