Hi Mathew,

The washer that goes between the carpet and the female seatbelt part.
The following is the information that you are requesting:

Outside diameter, 1 & 1/2 inches
Hole diameter, 7/16 inches
Thickness, 1/16 inch
The washer is steel and I believe painted satin black.

I am the original owner of my car which is mostly original with normal maintenance items done. If you have any other questions, you can contact me.
