[DML] Seatbelt washer - another unavailable part

Does anyone know what this part looks like, or the specific dimensions of it?  James Espey?

 Part #:108383 LG. BLACK WASHER 
 
It goes under the seatbelt bolt to cover the hole in the carpet at the center console.

It's not available, so yes, this is another part I will have to have made since my car is missing it.  Having no idea what it looks like complicates the process a bit.
