Group, 
I buy parts and communicate with factories all over the world and customers
as well. I try to get back with everyone within 24 hours or as soon as I can
so if you don't get an email back normally within 24 hours then please send
it again. 
I'm still a one man company so all the social media ways of communicating
like Face book, Twitter and all the forms I just can't do or I would get
nothing done. Customer fixing car problems, buying parts, filling orders
takes about 15 hours a day. Like now I have been at it since 8 am this
morning and I'm wrapping it up. 
So, Again be sure there is a name with/on the email and a subject or it will
be rejected into SPAM or deleted. I get about 200 to 300 per day so it
really can get lost.
Linda, Send it back because I didn't get it.
