Why don't I schedule a trip to Louisiana next month and bring the service truck. It carries a full compliment of 7mm helicoils and taps. If you've survived this long without A/C, you can survive another week or two.
Don't know if I'm an "ignorant, self-important lunatic" or not (if I have lost my mind, would I in fact even know that?), but I do have a history of driving from state to state helping people with their cars. Perhaps that is the definition of lunacy -- driving 800 miles to put in a couple of Helicoils. If so, I am indeed a lunatic -- Louie and I drove all the way down there just to put Helicoils in Farrar's heads.
I would bring your manifold with me, but it's already in UPS.
