I woud rather not get into an arguement... But you are only half correct about kicking out a windshield...
Yes... Putting your feet in the center and having the windshield "pop" out is hollywood... However, if you put your foot in a corner and work your way around it will come out with out too much effort... I have done this numerous times at junkyards to make pulling a dash easier...
It will ruin the windshield... But you will get through it. Cutting it out is a lot easier and safer... But... Sometimes you do what you have to do...

Kicking out a windshield with your feet is a Hollywood stunt, BTW. In real life it is extremely difficult to remove a windshield. They have to be cut out with a saw.
Rolling a DeLorean is very easy if you run off the road on an embankment.
