[DML] Chassis Grounds Schematic Almost Completely Finished

Took the console out of #5939, which is less molested than #2508 (it still has its A/C panel warning bulbs coiled up and pushed out of the way. It also has the shifter bulb line intact. All eleven small gauge wires coming out of the middle passenger side junction have been accounted for (#5939 has no bloody stumps).

As soon as I figure out where the small gauge wire that is ganged to the wiper delay chassis goes, every single ground wire north of the bulkhead bolt will have been traced.

The bulkhead bolt is attached to the frame with a 6 gauge wire, BTW.
