My Allstate policy is set up "for whatever can hit or damage IT where it sits". I believe that falls under "Collision". I would presume that would cover the car WHEREVER it is sitting. They have not told me to the contrary. I have displayed it in the Tulsa State Fair several times and have never had a problem. That's all I know.
