I jumped the RPM relay made sure ijectors spraying then made sure throttle linkage was not binding and made sure the throttle linkage was set right, tripping the micro swicth. All was the way it should be, anyway car starts now, hot or cold on first crank, very smooth. All I did was adjust the CO screw which some said not to, but I ran out of options. HOWEVER now my problem is no Accelleration on frist or second gear from a standing stop, it feels like the cat is blocked but it is hollowed out. No power, feels like it will stall unless you give it lots of gas to get going but everything else is fine idles about 1100 RPM hot or cold and does not hunt. Did I not set the CO correctly or where should I begin to look to dianogsis this problem? One way to sort them out would be to use a fuel pressure gauge. Your idle should be in the high 700's. NEVER try to "fix" things by messing with the mixture screw. It cannot correct for other things that are not right and you just lose the correct setting. I suspect you still have vacuum leaks too. Once you get them fixed you might not have so many issues. Also sounds like you have to properly set the adjustment on the throttle plates at idle.
