[DML] AC Accumulator question

While trying to find a freon leak in my AC system I discoverd something
strange and was hoping one of you had an idea. Prior to me purchasing
3760 four years ago, the Previous owner upgraded and replaced the
entire AC system with Special T parts. While inspecting my AC
Accumulator I noticed that one of the plugs had been jumped. I thought
that it was the high pressure plug, since the low pressure plug gets
plugged into the top of the accumulator. John H said it looks like the
low pressure plug had been jumped. Since all of this was replaced back
in 2004 I am unclear why the correct replacement hoses and HUB were not
used to allow both the high pressure and low pressure switch to be
used. Is there some kind of advantage that would warrant this.
Josh H-I think I recall the PO telling me you did the frame replacement
for him, I know it's been a while but do you recall
