Bidders can submit a max amount their willing to spend. Only the high bid is shown so if 
someone bids over the current bid and the max for the first bidder is higher it will then be 
the next bid shown even though it's still the first bidder. It makes it appear the bidder 
over bid himself but that isn't the case.
