You put good informatin in your post. I am trying, even as a non board
member, to change the DOA. I am also aware of how dissapointing the DOA
website is. I see no info like what you would like, plus more. Where is the
rules and bylaws, the financial standings of the club, a map of the country
with the boundaries of each chapter, etc etc. I want to help change the DOA.
But I don't want to bring it back to its former glory;no, I want to do
better than that and make it something we all can enjoy.

As far as a DOA tech day, It's not official yet but I am planning one for
the DCF crew and might have a little DOA involvement.
