Forgive me, Jake for not knowing.
However my D had no reflector in the tail lights (10Watt).
I assumed that this was a "normal" situation.
The bulbs in the brake lights (there is a reflector) are the same
size (but 21 Watt) in my car.
It was my understanding that 1156 is only the format of the fitting,
the glas and the bulb's number of fillaments (this case only one).
Shed a little light on me?
