[DML] Re:interior fans (not radiator fans) intermittent operation

Dunno if this helps, but mine used to do that same
thing until I noticed that the blower motor cooling
tube was missing. It's part #16 here:

My local mechanic cut a piece of rubber tubing and put
it on and now my blower motor doesn't cycle anymore.
Turns out my blower motor was overheating.
Might want to check just to be sure.
