$1.95 tube of caulk worked fine for me....
Painted it with Rustoleum's "Mystic Grey".
Even added a brand new lens made from optical grade scratch resistant
acrylic while I was in there (1/2 of a $26 dollar sheet).
The $20K DeLorean rule is highly overrated.
