[DML] Delorean Caravan/ Trip to Gettysburg

Well, the Delorean show in Gettysburg is getting closer all the  time. The 
Midstate Delorean Club has set up some plans for the drive from the St  Louis 
area over to Gettysburg and would like let everyone know if they are  traveling 
the same way and would like to join us, they are more then  welcome.
 The show runs from Thursday, June 12th thru Saturday, June 14th. The  total 
trip from St Louis to Gettysburg is approximately 800 miles.
 
 
The plans we currently have set up are there will be a group of us  leaving 
from the St Louis area on Tuesday, June 10th and driving out to Columbus  Ohio 
for the night. This is a little over 400 miles or about half way.  We will 
then leave Columbus on Wednesday and arrive in Gettysburg that evening  at the 
host hotel, the Eisenhower. This will give us Thursday in Gettysburg to  do 
whatever we want before the Delorean show starts that evening.
 
  We have a group of rooms blocked out under the Midstate Delorean  Club name 
for the hotel in Columbus Ohio for Tuesday night the 10th of  June. The hotel 
is actually in Grove City Ohio, which is right off the  interstate on the 
south side of Columbus where interstate 270 and 71 meet. The  hotel info is:

  To make reservations under the Midstate Delorean group you must  call:  
1-800-241-2340
 
   Group reservations will only be made thru this 800 number and  not by 
calling the hotel direct.
 
  tell them you are with the Midstate Delorean group and give them  
conformation number 614 40984
  the rates are for standard 2 bed rooms, non smoking
  the rates are 2 people - $63.00 plus tax
                      3 people - 67.50 plus tax
                     4  people - 72.00 plus tax
 
   If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be done at  least 72 hours 
before arrival.
 
  Note: We are going to arrive in Gettysburg on Wednesday evening, so  you 
need to make sure you have hotel reservations at the Eisenhower that start  on 
Wed night and not Thursday night for the show.
 
 
  As far as the trip back home goes, it seems different people are  
interested in doing different things so we don't have anything set up for a  return 
trip. Some people are heading straight back and others are spending a few  extra 
days in the area, so you can go from there.
