Good questions. Perhaps I should have answered them right away. To get
it started again, I just take it out of gear and start it. In order to
keep it from dying again, I have to give it a bit of gas until the car
starts to move. The fuel tank has been between half full and totally
full all three times it's happened. It was not excessively cold outside
(above 45 degrees Fahrenheit). It also will happen whether I have been
driving for just a few minutes or for a long time.
