SInce no one else answered:
Problems like this are almost invariably traceable to a bad ground,
which causes current leakage back through random circuits.
Track down the ground point for the circuits in question (I am
guessing that it is the one on the frame in front of the brake master
cylinder, but I am not sure). Take it apart, shine everything up and
I bet you will be fine.
