[DML] Possible electric problem - horn and lights

When I push my horn button in, the horn blows (duh) but also my seat 
belt and oil tell tale lights illuminate dimly. What could be causing 
this? I didn't think the horn button was in any way connected to the 
circuit board in the binnacle.
