When the window reaches the end position, the motor gets locked,
can't turn anymore. In this situation a motor always draws
much more current than when running.
much more current means the voltage drops a bit (depending on the
alternator, battery connection...resistance in the system).
Normaly there should be and end-switch. On one car I installed
an aftermarket remote window closer from Toby that I modified
a bit to let it shut off when the current rises much higher
than under regular use.
Current limiters are a common thing in the eletric motors businesse.
