I have put 40psi in my tires for some winter storage time - a month
or two - and I definitely notice a harsher ride then. However, at
28psi in the front I don't notice anything except some ease in
steering. I do keep the spare in my trunk and I would estimate about
30-40 lbs of tools and stuff.
