[DML] Car Storage options

Okay, I have my lovely stainless baby that I'm buying from a private
owner, and he's letting me make monthly payments on it. I'll get the
keys when I hand over the last check.
This is working out great.
Unfortunately, I now have a maximum of ten months before I have the
car. Nominally, this is excellent news. But I don't have a place to
store it. Originally, he was going to let me store the car in his
aircraft hangar, but that has changed (I'm not sure why).
We have a two and a half car garage, but there's already one car in
there and fitting another would require getting rid of quite a few
expensive tools. So my house isn't an option.
Does anyone here store their D's in mini storage or similar places,
and if so how bad are the prices? (Obviously these will vary greatly
between different places and different business, I just want a
ballpark). I'm in South Florida on the beach, so I want to keep it in
a garage or other solid structure where it will be safe from the
elements and vandals, etc. Plus, insurance will be cheaper with a
garage location.
I need suggestions on where to keep it. Thanks in advance!
