The vendors have them and so does Snap-On. From memory (I don't have
my paperwork in front of me) I think it is a PN-5 Snap-On #. If it
isn't VERY tight you should be able to remove it with an open end
wrench or an adjustable wrench. If it is all muched up from previous
owners you can use a pipe wrench and either clean it up afterwards or
replace it. The vendors have magnetic drain plugs you can get to
replace the lower, drain plug. Not meant of the level plug.
