You have to understand what a power drain is. It is a path between the power (12 positive side) and ground (the negative side of the battery). ANY path can create a drain. By cleaning grounds you could even INCREASE a power drain if something is "leaking" electric between the positive and the negative. The circuit with fuse #6 should not have ANY draw if the lights are off and the doors are closed. I would start pulling plugs off the switches, logic box, horn, etc till I saw the current draw drop. You could have more than one problem in the circuit so you have to go through it piece-by-piece. You could have a bad diode, a bulb inserted wrong, a melted bulb holder, a crossed wire, etc. Generally there are some things you look at first. For instance, common for wires to get crossed between the 2 door switches on the driver's door. Check the operation of each item in that circuit. Something dim or not working is a clue to the problem. Many times if there is a modifacation to the wiring it was done incorrectly so any changes should be checked carefuly. Alarms, radios, etc are all suspect. I would just cut it all loose and see if the problem goes away. Pull the courtesy lamp delay relay, maybe you are getting a back-feed into the courtesy light circuit. Disconnct the switch for the key-in-ignition-lock. You are going to have to go over it wire by wire, there is no one thing I can point you to that I know can fix it.
