It would seem that you could adjust the height of it by doing the following: - Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle spool in the engine compartment using the "clamping" nut. - Pull the throttle cable as far out as you can (from the engine compartment). This will raise the height of the pedal to maximum. -Go sit in the car and push the pedal in to where you would like the height to be. It will stay where you push it. -Go back to the engine compartment, and now re-fasten the throttle cable to the throttle spool with the clamping nut. Make sure you don't pull out the cable any further when you do this (maybe secure it to the plastic sheath with some tape temporarily?). The pedal height will now be as you left it. The only problem I can think of this approach, is that if you lowered the pedal height too much, there's a good chance that flooring it won't open the throttle completely.
