If the rear louver is just a dull gray, I would try cleaning it throughly with white vinegar and then applying Back to Black. It is a great product for bringing back a new look to any black trim on a car. If the louver has white areas around the edges, touch them up with a black Sharpie permanent marker before applying the Black to Black. For those who have louvers in good shape, the B to B will keep them looking that way. Rod, 10921

I have used it on the black around the inside of the door jams too.
I haven't seen it in stores here in the northeast but you can get it
from amazon.com - it is under Plasti-Kote bumper-color black. Same part
number.
