Woody, You are going to have to drill it out. So you will need to center
punch the stud or get a 135 split point drill bit so it won't walk when you
start to drill. Be very care full and drill straight and use the correct
size EZ out for the screw. It will come out.

You wouldn't think it works without destroying the surrounding
aluminum,but I've heated the stud remains with a torch, hit the air,
and blew out most of the stud without harming the head.
However, my first choice would be to drill out the stud large enough to
use an " e-z out" then heat the area with a Mape gas torch (hotter than
propane), then install and try to remove with the e-z out.
