Dale,
If you are using spring compressors to adjust the height of the rear
shocks then you are doing it the hard way, just like you said. All you need is a
couple of jack stands and a floor jack to do the rear adjustment. Put the rear
of the car up on jack stands and then take the shock loose at it's lower bolted
connection to the hub. Then use the floor jack under the shock to compress
the spring, remove the top nut and then lower the assembly and take everything
apart. Do the reverse to re-install. About a 15 minute project. Email me if you
need more details.

I recently put the Eibach Springs on front and back with the Mid-State
Delorean shocks on my Delorean. The front end sits a bit lower than normal but
still seems a bit high. The
cars I've seen with the P.J. Grady lowered front end springs seem to be
VERY low, almost too low but I'd like to hear from a few that have
these. I would also be interested to hear anyones opinion on the Mid-
State Delorean shocks kit, versus the Eibach Shocks. I have a second
Delorean that I'm going to upgrade the suspension on as well but I'm
not sure that I like the current setup. Also, Adjusting the rear
springs up and down was a major pain using spring compressors and I'm
wondering if anyone has any special types of spring compressors that
work well on these.
