[DML] Automatic Tranny Governor Fixed

After checking out Bruce's link for his automatic
DeLorean and reading about the transmission, I
realized I never updated everyone on the condition of
the governor in 2234. 

One of the transistors in the circuit had blown
causing the car to always start in second. One could
replace the transistor, but what caused it to blow out
in the first place?

Long story short: after moving the circuit to a
project box that now hangs in the engine compartment,
I found out there was a short between the power and
return lines for the solenoid whose transistor was
blowing. This short was not anywhere along the length
of cable in the harness or on the circuit boards
themselves, but existed inside the governor wiring
harness solid connector block that mounts in the
engine compartment. 

I've since fixed the short and haven't had any
problems yet. Anyone else ever have a situation like
that?

Also found a short on the kick-down line and fixed
that too.
