[DML] A couple VIN list explanations

I have received a few comments and questions on the side, so I thought 
I'd post a followup with some explanations.

The dealer code listed for some of the cars is the code used to 
identify the particular dealer that originally sold the car to its 
first owner. I have the list that indicates where each dealer was 
located, and I'll post that additional information as soon as I have a 
chance to get that together.

There are three different hood styles that are indicated with a one-
letter abbreviation. The abbreviation works as follows:
"F" - Hoods with a gas flap
"G" - Hoods with the styling grooves but without the gas flap
"P" - Plain hoods with no grooves or flap
