If you measured that with the solenoids connected then disconnect them
and see if the problem is in the wiring harness. The only way to know
for sure is to remove the whole harness and inspect it for heat
damage. The wires could have come in contact with the exhaust pipes
and got melted. Not always easy to see without completely removing the
harness. Usually can be repaired. The problem could also be the plug
in the transmission or the wires from the solenoids but not likely.
You should see infinate without the solenoids connected and around
25-26 ohms with them connected. Any other readings mean something is
not right.
