According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, they DO own
the logo, pure and simple.  If your name is not on the registration at
the USPTO, you do NOT own the trademark.  The only way to 
determine otherwise is to challenge the validity of the registration in 
court, and so far, nobody has been willing to do that.
