Here is the "proof" that DMC-H owns a "version" of the DMC Logo. http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc <http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=pq64qv.3.32> &state=pq64qv.3.32 If they don't actively pursue or license the small vendors, a large company could use the logo for anything they wanted (DeLorean or otherwise). There are limitations to what they can enforce, but it would take lawyers and $$$ for DMC-H or others to sort that out, so it is easier for DMC-H to be on the conservative side and pursue all perceived violations of their trade/service mark. Note that this one is "dead" http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc <http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=pq64qv.3.9> &state=pq64qv.3.9 Gary IN2TIME [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
