He claims, essentially, perpetual motion. If this were true, he
wouldn't make 9 digits, he'd make billions. Trillions, even.

An auto company buying his "technology" is highly unlikely. He has
still failed to successfully demonstrate that technology. How hard is
it to take his electric DeLorean that never needs batteries and drive
it coast to coast with a TV camera in tow? How hard is it to setup a
box powering some power-hungry device in the middle of a major city
and let it run for days without recharging? Not that hard. Given real
technology like this, I could prove it to the world by this time
tomorrow. Tilly has had years (decades?) and has proven nothing,
except how to make a lot of investor's money disappear.

Ignore the evidence against Tilly at your peril. A lot of people have
lost a lot of money on this guy. If you don't watch yourself, you will
be next.
