[DML] Re: regulator problem?

Be sure the blades on fuse #5 are clean. Also check the connections on 
the alternator and the alternator belt tension. Since it has "jumped" 
to proper volts a couple of times - I would suspect some connections. 
Have you checked the grounds? Especially the ground connected to the 
frame from the battery.
