If the engine doesn't start when cold try this: There are two wires going
to the thermo-time switch.. One is blue/black. Unplug the thermo-time switch
and ground the blue/black wire to the engine while cranking. If the engine
starts fine when doing this the switch is bad. Keep in mind your engine has
sat for many months so even the cold start valve may not have fuel pressure
of any kind. The fuel pump relay ( aka rpm relay ) shuts the pump off after
a few seconds of cranking so you may need to crank a few seconds then turn the key to off and then re-crank several times to build fuel pressure back to normal.
