The plug wire contact probably isn't clamped around the plug terminal.
The spark is jumping the gap and making a pop. Skin the boot back a
little, push the contact fully over the plug end and slip the boot back
down the wire over the well. Whoever changed the plugs was in a hurry.
Check them all out-see that all the plugs are new.
