[DML] Lower amp radiator cooling fans

What are user's experience with the 11 amp (versus 28 amps) cooling 
fans offered by SpecialT Auto?  I don't like that "drag" down feeling 
when the original fans come on, and wondered if the less current draw 
had much of an impact on that situation. Also, are they easy to 
install?
