In your situation you'd be be better off just replacing the ENTIRE
fuel system at once, or spend years tracking down issues and trying to
guess what issues you are having. If I had it to do again, that is
exactly the way I would have did it. And it would be cheaper, and less
stressful.
I bought my 81 that had been in a garage since 1985, perfect shape,
but the entire fuel system was bad. $1,500 later, it is perfect now!
