Hmmm,I pay more than $30k in taxes.  I did get my first new car when I 
made substantially less than $30k, but to afford it my menu was limited to 
Top Ramen and Kool-Aid.  And it didn't need parts or labor!

I think you're better off buying 140 raffle tickets, lol.
