I noticed that as well. I found that on my former car and a few others out here there were rubbing marks on the stabilizer and you could here it especially in a parking lot. The fix...easy. We re-did our front end alignments and the cars drove perfect with even tire wear and never rubbed again. A worn Tie Rod End can also cause the rubbing as was the case with my former car but the Tie Rod was in a few too many threads. The PO probably moved it in to compensate for the worn TRE.
