[DML] Front Stabilizer Bar

Martin Gutkowski reminded me of this today when I read his reply to Nate about his new car.  I have noticed for a while that whenever I make sharp turns with the wheel all the way to one side, usually in a parking lot.  My tires will rub on the front stabilizer bar, I can tell since there is a shiny spot rubbed into the bar.  I assume this is not normal, so what could be causing this and how do I fix it?
