[DML] Ignition Coils

Is there a significant difference with the high performance ignition 
coils, versus the stock Bosch coil?  I will be tuning up these parts 
in a few weeks.  Unless there is a big difference, I'd prefer stock 
coil, as I don't have to change the resistor.
