Have you changed your Oil.
You can get condensation in an engine and if left a
fair bit and collect in the oil, giving the appearance
of coolant in the oil.
The first thing I would do is change the oil and the
filter and clean the dipstick. Then run the engine
for a while and check the dipstick again.
