Hi Mike

Go to your favorite auto parts store and ask for a "broken orifice tube 
extractor". Someone had that problem before you and they actually designed a 
tool for removing an orifice tube that is stuck or broken.

Then you just screw the extractor into the orifice and pull the pieces of 
the tube out. Pretty easy once you have the right tool.
