I am betting it is easier to find parts for, and make repairs to a crate 350 Checy V8 than it is for a PRV. Just about any modern engine you cram in there is going to be easy to find parts for and service. The only specialty parts would be custom transmission parts, mounting brackets, etc. Everything else would be the same. You would have the same DeLorean wireing (which is crap).
